I have a tendency to love the music from all the older cartoons for some reason. Partly because they have better music, as is the case with bubblegum crisis, but I can quess that a lot of the reason is simply nostalgic memories, like Mila SuperstarAttack No. 1.

I have the same reaction for some weird reason.  A couple of years ago, I watched all of Orguss, and every episode I had to watch opening and ending songs.  Some older shows, I feel compelled to listen to the songs every time.

I do that, too. I've been re-watching the Ranma 1/2 TV series and find myself getting excited when they change an end theme in the middle of the season.
