I'm using safari 3 and opera 9.6 on my mac, I also used opera and firefox on my PC. They all don't show medals of torrents I downloaded. Bookmarking still works though, I see stars for that function. Very Mysterious.

Actually to clarify about my problem. All the torrents uploaded on boxtorrents after May 9, 2009, that I downloaded, show medals normally. After that date, I do not see any medals. This behavior is on both my mac and PC on the browsers I mentioned above.

I don't know how to provide screenshots. I'm really newb at the forums. So do I host the picture on a site and then link them into the forum reply window?

On the current 1st browse page, there's something a little funny with one of the stacked titles. Fruits Basket and Serial Experiments Lain are thrown together.

I have uploaded about 10 torrents, but on my userpage it say's that i haven't uploaded anything.
If i search for the torrents my name is still marked as the uploader. They're healthy so it
looks like an error.

Hello ..
I've woke up today and wanted to check my ratio ..
it said I wasn't logged in and last time I logged in was 7 hours ago ..
I tried multiple times to log back in but couldn't ...
is there some sort of problem ?

my user still exists as I can see the files ul\dl\ratio etc.

maybe you typed the wrong password. try resetting it and see if that helps

Ive tried resetting the password ... but even with the new password I got it doesn't let me logging in .. :(

Hi,

I'm having the same problem as marchhare. I've reset my password twice so far and tried re-logging in, but it just takes me back to the main page without being logged in. Any advice would be appreciated!

What browsers are both of you using, and are cookies enabled?

Edit: On a possibly related sidenote, I visited the site earlier today to find myself logged out for some reason. Related? Probably not, but who knows.

I had the same problem... although, to compound the situation, I have no way to access the email address I used to register with it back then... (an old college friend had a mail server back then, and it seems to be down now)

Edit: So, it seems my account is still there... I was able to see it by checking www.boxtorrents.com/user/UID/USERNAME.html... using the uid information from my cookies (which I saved prior to removing them)... I even see the torrents I'm seeding atm...

Heh, I can't believe its been 4 years since I first registered... in any case, it would suck to simply start all over again...

Yea, me too - thoe I just loged back in with no problem - Jarudin was probably playing around...

So, either its...

1) still broken (but you logged back in, so I doubt it)
2) working now (but I still cannot log back in)
3) scrambled (gg trying the recovery page when I cannot access my old email)

I suppose if I had known that there was a www.boxtorrents.com/user/uid/username.html page, I wouldn't have tried the recovery page with my old email to see if my account had simply been pruned...

So, what are my options now?...

i just became a power-user but it still gives this message

Newly created accounts are limited in browsing for the first few days. You have to wait xx day until you can also browse torrents uploaded in the last 6 months.

its just a bit strange being a power user and still not being able to view all torrents XD

Are you sure you can't view all torrents?... even on this temp-freshly-made account (since I broke mine)... I can browse up to 226 pages (15 torrents per page)... which have an added date of '03...

but can log in with ie (but dont want to^^)
