I also am unable to log in. I deleted my cookies to no avail. Neither Firefox nor IE works. Any further developments?
Does it give you a bad pw/username error?

I've been having the same problem for the last two days or so...I never log out but somehow it just happened and my password didn't work so I've been sent several new passwords that also don't work.

Later edit: I am very sorry, didn't see the solution other members offered for firefox...it's ok now. Again, I'm very sorry for unintended "spamming".

Hey I had the same problem
I fixed it by deleting all my cookies, I saw that in a reply 2 pages back.
I just wanted to say that it helps for every browser. Not for only FireFox as stated in the second above reply. (I'm not using FireFox, so thats how I know ;) )
Just to be sure I put the boxtorrents site manually in the allow all cookies list.
(maybe a tip for you 0xCCBA696?)

^^^^
Just to help the people for who're still having the problem and dont know how to fix it, cause the solution is not very clear between all those replies  ;)

Maybe not exactly an error, but it is mighty quirky...
I noticed today that some recently granted torrents somehow have disappeared from the browse page. They are still on BxT, but not viewable when browsing. For example the Nodame Cantabile torrent disappeared a few hours ago and just now I'm missing the GitS S.A.C 2nd Gig torrent. Or is this part of some reshuffling efforts by staff?

Edit: never mind, probably caused by the "merging" of the torrents with their alternate versions....

Yes, it gives me a bad pw/username error.

I tried that - I reset my password, and the new one emailed to me doesn't work either.

I'm using Firefox 3.1b3, if that makes any difference. I haven't deleted all my cookies, just all the cookies from boxtorrents.com, *.boxtorrents.com, and all bare IP addresses. Is there any other site loaded into the login page which could be accessing my cookies? (I don't want to delete all my cookies since I have thousands of them and that would mean logging into tons of sites again, many of which I've probably forgotten the password to.)

*hopes this is in the right place and isn't a stupid post*

I've downloaded 1 series and am seeding 4 (3 outside torrents + the 1 I've downloaded from BxT) but when I logged in just now, it moved one of the 'outside' torrents to "Leeching" and my "Leeched" tab shows 0 (it originally showed 4:seeding 4:seeded 1:leeched) I left it a while to see if it was a connection problem with uTorrent but its not changed. Is this just "one of those things"?

My stats haven't changed at all though (UL and DL are still what they should be) o_O

I searched the FAQ/Wiki and the help forums and as far as I could tell there wasn't any posts about this - if I'm wrong then apologies ^_^

Ahhh.. I'm trying to understand what you're saying exactly.

Once you get to a 1.0+ ratio on a torrent, it moves from the leeched to seeded tab. Another thing you might want to note, is that it sometimes takes the user page awhile to update. As long as your stats are fine I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks, I guess it's just that it was taking a while to move from leeched to seeded ^_^

Didn't think this required a new thread so here goes.

Quoting on the comments page seems to be a bit messed up. It only happens when you try to quote more than twice, I think. You end up with 2 proper quote boxes and then regular text with a [_/quote] tag at the end, followed by the contents of your own reply.

See spoiler for attached image.

I don't recall seeing this happen until recently, and a search turned up nothing. I had the same issue on the comment I was making in the screenshot, but deleted part of it to avoid the error.

I happened to look at the tracker friend page today and (re)noticed that image resizing doesn't seem to be working properly. The avatars show (well, not the default), but the pictures are in the original size. This happens on IE,FF, and Chrome. I searched but didn't see any other posts about this, I apologize if it has been mentioned already.

One one of my uploaded torrents i'm missing the edit buttons

(click to show/hide)

Didn't found a post about this, only about the problem with to much buttons :)
It's nothing that's now important for me, i don't want to edit that one right now, it just catched my eye

edit: Forgot something ^^ It's nothing with my cache or so since i looked the site up in Firefox 3.0.10, Kazehakase 0.5.6, Midori 0.1.6 and Konqueror 4.2.2. The bug was in every browser

This is sort of not a site error but in a way it might be...

It's about the search function - is there a way to add exceptions in search - what I mean is -
When searching for a show with a short name (yes I'm referring to K-ON) the name of the show makes it quite difficult to narrow the search (yes I know the anime is not complete and therefor not on box but the OST is)

The search function in this case doesn't search the exact name but rather the letter "K" and word "ON" and gives a ton of results. Ok I know you can always sort it by letter and therefor find it but isn't there a way to make the search understand at least by using quotes (") that the search is meant for one string?

Ok I know there are not a lot of anime, manga etc. that would be in this mess but still there probably are some other that could have this problem as well.

I may be able to add optional quotes for an exact match like: "K-ON". Searching for X will still be pointless.

Well that actually is a lost cause and only way to make it even a bit possible to find would be to name it with an alternative title "X the series" and "X the movie"

But even with that the results would be loooong...

Ahhh.... Ok I found another one.... Lots of my posts here lately >_>

PM system on the tracker

I followed psyrens advice and sent complete descriptions to some users in order to help them out - it didn't send the complete code (I used [_code] tags)

It had a collision of some sort as it didn't send the screenshot brackets and maybe something else - I didn't compare it fully - only what I noticed at first glance

This is the actual post
(click to show/hide)

This is how it got cut when viewed
(click to show/hide)

* I've sent it over the forum PM system, it didn't give out such an error

I don't know if it's just me, but the offers page isn't working properly. Offer information overruns the frame.

I get this problem in both Firefox and IE.
