The first image is hosted on imgur, which blocks any requests coming from our domain.  You have to put the url in your address bar directly.

The problems with ImageShack are due to you not linking to the image, but rather to their display page.  On the right side, click the Direct link under Links to share this image.

I see! That explains quite well why all of my previous posted pictures are not visible anymore as well.

I must have mistaken it for being the direct link, due to its similar form. I am so sorry again for this obvious misunderstanding. As a result, I've edited my last two posts with the correct links, which will make it now accessible for you.  :)

There is something funny going on with artbook torrents, some seem to no longer be freeleech. This aberrant behaviour seems random:

http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/5121/11199945.jpg

The artbook I'm seeding changed midway through seeding:

Edit: ??? everything seems to have gone back to normal

Do you believe that the tracker notices instantly that it is one of the freeleech exceptions...?

I knew nothing of the outside world. I was just a frog in a well.

To make explicit what newy said implicitly, unless manually set to freeleech (which only happens on extra-special things), torrents will not be marked as freeleech for a few minutes after granting.

:( I don't mean to be rude but did you guys actually read my post and see the screenshots?

My torrent had been recognised as freeleech for three hours when it reverted to non-freeleech(albeit only for a short period of time) along with dozens of other artbook torrents, some of which were uploaded 5 years ago.

Glitches happen.  We'll keep it in mind, but until it becomes a recurring issue there's not much we can do about it.  Of course, let us know if you see it again.

Nitpick:
Clicking on a blog link from the main page where it says "Latest blog posts" results in an error. For MarchHare's post for example, that link takes me to: http://blog.bakabt.me/2011/01/29/kodomo-no-jikan-i-can-t-wait-for-ten-years/

while the actual link is:
http://blog.bakabt.me/2011/02/03/1644/

not to mention, the actual kodomo no jikan blog post has the following url:
http://blog.bakabt.me/2011/01/29/kodomo-no-jikan-%E2%80%94-i-cant-wait-for-ten-years/

Something weird going on ...

The text on the second navigation bar is off by a line. This makes it very hard to read the text, since half of it is now gray on white.

Linux distributions usually have that problem, you need to install additional fonts (microsoft?) to display it correctly.

It's called msttcorefonts in Ubuntu and something similar in other distros.  Specifically, you need Trebuchet MS.

You'll also see this if you override site font family or size settings.

I am not a CSS expert, but can't you use @font-face or similar, so users without those fonts installed will see them properly? Sorry for the OT post.

Yep, that fixed it. No wonder I started seeing this after upgrading to 10.10.  :P Thanks!

You can specify a font-stack, which is a list of preferable fonts (or font-families).  The difficulty lies in finding something with similar metrics, since that's what causes the issue.  We can probably do better in this than we are at the moment.

There's also font-embedding now, but we don't really want to host a font.

A small display glitch concerning Koi Kaze in Browse;
(click to show/hide)

I assume there was an alternative version which was removed at some point but failed to clean all associations with it...

I have no idea what you mean....
There are 2 existing torrents linked as parent and child

Edit: Oh, you mean the grammar error?

Sorry, I mistook the 'Koi Kaze' for keyword somehow, that explains it...

I think the "accept PMs from friends only" function is broken. I tried sending a message to another user today who definitely has me on his friends list, and it said rejected. Could you look into this?
