Just because some Iranian dude says Iran is complying with IAEA, does not mean that Iran actually is in compliance. Both stories can be true, it just means that guy from the Chinese article has his pants on fire. And it also fits China's agenda.

Well he violated the constitution, as it gives states the right to secede from the union. The civil war was about a lot more than slavery.
