hehe thanks for pointing that out, I watched the original then read the manga then awhile later started the OVA, so thanks for pointing out it was at 3 not 4 I never noticed that myself...

just seen episode 6... and boy was it dry!!

nothing much really seemed to happen!

had great action dont get me wrong but it felt like 20 minutes long.

I'm always surprised at how long it takes for sub groups to sub hellsing ultimate episodes. You'd think that with such a popular property it would be done much quicker. It always takes forever for me to find English subs for Hellsing Ultimate lately, and when I do, they tend to be pretty mediocre.

The good groups as AonE, mahou stopped. AonE due to DMCA takedowns and I don't recall why mahou dropped it, but they've completely quit, I think, as a group. Funimation is lurking behind fansubbers backs so that's probably the main reason why so few people sub the OVA.

they distribute it, AND harras fansubbers, they will never realize why Fansubbers exist, and why licensed subs suck ballz, in the work of fansubbers you see a lot of effort sweat (not literally) and love for anime, in licensed sub, you see money

well you will often see groups that will drop series when they are licensed and constantly see groups telling their followers to support licensed counterparts.

Are there some things that push it too far, YES. Horrible subs is an example of it pushed to far.
I however am not against horrible subs, as their pushing it to far is purely with purpose. Sites like crunchy roll exploited the fact that people watched anime on their site, and i dont know the specifics if they started licensing shit themselves or what. But long story short the product released is garbage. So i support the likes of a horrible sub because their goal is more or less a fuck you to crunchy roll and the likes telling them that its not what we want as a whole.

Well, the dgz sub is decent, it didn't feel awkward or anything. Quality was ok, the subs could've been nicer, but it wasn't that bad. No typos or engrish.

Just watched episode 7 and must say, it's getting more bloodier with every episode, but almost manages to keep the same awesomeness the first episodes had.
I'm just glad there where no comic relieve momenets in chapter 7, I really hate those and think they ruin the overall mood.

Overall I think this episode wasn't as good as the last one, but it was unique nevertheless.

Seekr12 I swear that is so weird I just download a great copy from ISO Hunt here the title of the torrent just do a search for Hellsing Ultimate... It's format is dual audio mkv. epsiodes 1-5 note 5 had Japanese audio only.
