There would be some shows that were often repeated on tv and I watched them because of boredom, but from my collection I think I've watched Neon Genesis Evangelion the most. Not excessive but around 5-8 times (esp. the first 18 eps). That doesn't mean it is my favorite anime ;)
As MTR I've watched Ayashi no Ceres almost as often XD

Possibly, but since the Ant arch is the next one from Greed Island I think they're waiting for the arc to end before they make plans for another OVA or TV series. Exactly what happened already and I love them for it. Imagine if they had tried to keep HxH on the air constantly like Naruto? We'd be up to 3 years of filler now, if not terminated.

It'd have to be a new series, given the length of the material involved.. I don't exactly understand what went on there, between the end of Greed Island and the beginning of the Ant arch - when they came back it was like it was a different manga altogether, and the graphic quality was horrible.

I must say Grappler baki.
Its been on my computer form the first time I downloaded it.

Its always like this.
I just start to watch from some episode and after some time this episode is over and I must watch the next episode!

From beginning to the end I have watched it only 3 times but if I count the epidoses that I have wached, Its somwere between 250 to 300.

I've watched Haruhi at least 6 times this year. Usually in 1 sitting. Other than that I like to randomly pick an episode of Lucky Star and watch it too.

Fushigi Yuugi. All 52 episodes including OVAs and Eikoden. I've watched the entire series more than 10 times. I'm obsessed with it!

I continually love re-watching many of the good older series, like those already listed. Even CCS which I don't normally openly admit.

A favorite that is not listed is Hikaru no Go. 75 episodes was not enough. Maybe because it was one of the early anime that got me started, but after trying to get through a horrible series, I find myself watching HnG for some relief.

Kinda boring, but I try to never rewatch anything.... Ever. I think I did a 1.5-1.9x on Haruhi, but nothing beyond that, regardless of the anime. When my friend comes over, I tend to rewatch some things outta FMP: Fumoffu, and School Rumble. Overall, though, I don't think there's been any anime which I have watched through more than once, willingly. There's just always good new stuff to watch.

No question that in my household, the most watched anime series is Xenosaga Cutscenes as edited by fan group Onegai Studios. I consider it to be quite better in both story and animation than the officially released Xenosaga TV series.

I'd have to say I have a lot of shows I like to repeat. Shoujo Kakumei Utena I've been through like 6 or 7 times. Um, Sailor moon all 200 eps. three times. Aquarion, Nightwalker, Generator Gawl and FMA at least three times. Yami no Matsuei, Mirage of Blade and Loveless at least 5 times and counting. Junjou Romantica as well. Junjou makes me laugh so I watch it any time I want to cheer up. Howl's moving castle more than ten times, Spirited away at least six times. Mononoke Hime five or six. I rewatch some episodes of Inuyasha, but haven't gone through all of it in order again.

But I have to say the show I have definitely seen the most times is Ai no Kusabi (well over thirty times, probably closer to fifty in like six years, I like the angst. ^_^)
