(click to show/hide)
* she decided not to confess to the boy her best friend was secretly in love but to introduce them to each other
* she blamed herself for Haruka's accident. Hadn't they dallied to find a (I think "Thank you"-) ring for Mitsuki (or was it a present for Haruka? I'm sorry I forgot) Narumi would have been on time for their date
* now I'm quite unsure if my memories serve me right: due to the fact the Mitsuki blames herself she decides to take care of Narumi who hit rock bottom but at the same time not allowing herself to love him. Didn't he make the first step towards their relationship? Please correct me!
* Though they were a couple now she still felt guilty and Akane's accusation only empasised that feeling
I think every character had their burden to carry.

it was her fault, she stalled him.

anyways, Tatsu, lemme know when they finish the game translation so we can play it like Fate :]
l'm off for now.

Btw, Anime-wise, l can only see Mitsuki and Narumi as the main badasses.
(click to show/hide) l coult point out all the moments they betrayed Haruka, the only two victims l see in Anime are Haruka and Akane
it wasn't Harukas fault for being asleep for 3 years or being hit by a car,
Akane showed up as the only and true friend to Haruka, she sacrificed herself for her sister, never betrayed her, even when she told her the truth about her being asleep for 3 years she actually did her a favor even when she said Narumi and Matsuki were together.

l'm looking forward to play the game once it's translated, so Tatsu, lemme know when, l can't do much here on this mashine whith my internet doing cut off for a while, l'm working to restore it but it can take a while.

Are you kidding me? I'm gonna use my vacation days to play this game. The game is divided into 3 settings. The first setting is the first two episodes, and yes it is LONG! It's like an arc. The second setting are the rest of the episodes and the third setting is AFTER the end of the episodes. What happened to him and whomever he picked, how they live, etc. Anyways, the game is deeper and it has more content, a lot more content than the anime.

I got Ane to watch this anime. He didn't want to download it because its licensed and all, I just hooked him up with a private server and he's on episode 4. He's hooked and he's telling me all about it. I'm stalking him to finish it!

If you haven't seen Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, it's a must see anime!

Dangit Tatsujin! Look what you've made me into! I'm a blubbering, crying mess already and it's only freaking episode 6 :D. I'm beginning to really dislike Mitsuki though. I feel she has taken advantage of some people at inopportune moments.

One thing I can say for certain is that I really don't get the ending sequences (the small skits after the ED). They are way too happy and seem to disrupt the flow between episodes for me.

Is there more Daikuji in the game? Cause she was awesome and I kinda wish there was more of her in the anime, like she was meant to be the comic relief so you don't /wrists.

Yes, There is an arc for Daikuji. There's an arc for every girl you see in the anime. The bad arcs are the nurses. All other girls are good endings.

@ Ane -- Mitsuki has her reasons. A lot of people dislike her, but in all honesty I like her more than Haruka for various of reasons. I would recommend to you not to blame her, everything will start to unveil. If anything, take note of Mitsuki and Haruka ... what they gained, what they've lost. That's the important thing. Anyways man, episode 6 ... haha. It keeps getting better. KEEP GOING!

Havoc10K:
l know she has her reasons to be a pain, (click to show/hide)but she is the main reason in the anime that they didn't get along in the end and broke up, she basicaly stole him, she felt guilty for the girl but that didn't stop her, if you belive in heaven and hell she goes down the bucket if you ask me, in the anime she betrayed her quite a few times, only because she didn't have the courage to confess her own feelings to him in the begining

I think, after explaining it to myself (yeah laugh it up, I talk to myself all the time) that I finally understand why the characters did what they did in this anime: (click at your own risk. Massive spoilers, lots of typing, and some rants) (click to show/hide) Takayuki and Hayase were both racked with guilt since they both truly believed that Haruka's coma was their faults; however, Hayase didn't just hurt Haruka with her actions, she hurt Takayuki as well (whom she was in love with). Feeling bad about this and trying to amend for some of her guilt she begins taking care of Takayuki who is uber depressed about Haruka being in a coma. Hayase finds that she is falling more and more in love with Takayuki every day, but he doesn't return her feelings. The only way she really knows how to help Takayuki is by becoming a 'Haruka replacement'. When she becomes this replacement, Takayuki begins to turn things around and actually seems to be in love with Hayase. Things are going seemingly well until!!!!!(dramatic music)!!!!!!Haruka wakes up from the coma.

Takayuki quickly begins to shove Hayese to the side in order to be with Haruka, unfortunately Hayese had fallen even deeper in love with him over this time and was under the impression that she had become more that a Haruka replacement. She didn't handle being tossed to the side by Takayuki very well. Takayuki doesn't seem to notice how badly he has made Hayase feel and he now has Haruka back so things are looking up for him. For Hayase however, she can't even look at Haruka because she feel guilt for sending her into the coma, she feels guilt for falling in love with Takayuki while Haruka was asleep, she feels defeated and broken down, and she also feels heartbreak since Takayuki has rejected her completely.

More drama happens here and there. Then at the end, Takayuki thinks he is making the right decision in being with Haruka, but Haruka knows otherwise. Haruka's life has stopped 3 years in the past, and while she may be losing a boyfriend and recovering from a tragic accident, Takayuki would be losing everything that happened to him over the past 3 years. It has become impossible for Takayuki to be with Haruka and be completely happy. Instead, Haruka does the most selfless thing and gives him the closure he had needed for the past 3 years by sending him off. With no obstacles left in his way he realizes that Hayase had been there for him all those times and that he really did love her. The only true way for everyone to be happy was for him to be with Hayase.

Think of it this way. To be with Haruka meant Takayuki would be striving to get back into college, get that great job, have the great girlfriend, and generally have a great life, but in order to do that he would have to leave another person that he loved, hurt her, and even try to forget all the things that happened in the past 3 years. To be with Hayase meant a mediocre house, a mediocre job, and generally a mediocre life, but he would be with someone he loved. How long did he date Haruka for before the coma? A few weeks? a few months maybe? Haruka has a much better chance of restarting her life since she hasn't been awake for the past 3 years. Even though she may always love Takayuki, she understands that she has the greater chance of still being happy if she is the one that gets left behind. And I think I have to agree with her.

<-- Just received the series less than 24 hours ago, and finished the series over an hour ago lol.
