Havoc10K:
if he wasn't held up (click to show/hide)he would be on time, the accident would take place, but haruka wouldn't be hit, the ywould probably bo on their way someplace and wouldn't even know about this accident in the first place.

(click to show/hide)and besides, Hayase knew he was heading to meet Haruka, and she stalled him not the first time, thats why she has a poor personality as a person, l only know one person that makes irrational decision in Real Life, and l really don't like that person, regardless of everyone telling that person that what that person is doing is wrong that person completely ignores them, and ended up in many troubling situations, making that person lose friends and most of the support from family. Hayase is the kind of person that loses much more than she gains, keeps blaming herself for what she does, but does nothing to realy amend, despite of advice from others, continues to break herself and those she cares for, for her, as long as shes with him, nothing else matters, but if it wasn't for her, everyone elses life would be much better, even her friend she had sex with thanks to her could lose some happiness in his own life, she does things without thinking about consequences, and she gets the worst results, the reason Takayuki wants to be with her is indeed because he got to know her better, hes got attatched to her, but we don't know how it would end up if it wasn't for her, perhaps he would go to college anyways, Haruka would Wake up, and they would live a happy life ? it is possible, but Hayase broke down many things along her recless way.

Aren't you the person always raving madly about Sekai? What the heck is different from what Sekai and Hayase did? (click to show/hide)Was it really Hayase's birthday at the time? If so, then doesn't she have a right to get a little attention? Nothing was grabbing onto Takayuki and forcing him to stay behind, nor was it the first time he had been late to Haruka. Takayuki was enjoying himself too (why else would he pick out/buy the ring Hayese really wanted?). I see you used the word 'probably' in your statement up there about the accident. Like I said, these sorts of things are completely unpredictable and blaming anyone for not doing something or for doing something is just stupid. Neither Hayase nor Takayuki pushed Haruka into the car, nor were they driving the car so they had nothing to do with it. Want to place blame? Let's blame Haruka for being so diligent in waiting for Takayuki. Let's blame the person driving the car that hit her. Let's blame the pot-hole in the road that made him lose control of the vehicle. Let's blame the paramedics for not being there sooner. You see what this is? It's the blame game. One problem, no one ever wins in the blame game. Guilt is something that each character felt at least a little bit of, and each person had to find their own way to deal with it.

(click to show/hide)She makes her choices based on her heart, and not her mind. I mean, it WAS her birthday when she stalled him. It was a reasonable thing she did... it's not like she caused him to be late by a few hours, it's was like half an hour at most. And the accident was just that, an accident. It wasn't her fault. And yet she blames herself as though it was. That's unfair to her, putting herself though all that pain which she didn't deserve.

As for her sleeping with Takayuki's best friend... sorry, but that's all on him. If he had any self control, he would've taken her drunken ass and stuffed her into bed to sleep. He didn't have to sleep with her. She needed to find a way to release all the guilt and pain that she felt (which wasn't her fault)... and she chose to do it through drinking and sex. Seriously, if that's not a realistic human reaction, I don't know what is.

I don't see any possible way in which Takayuki and Haruka could have ended up together after the accident. He'd moved on. That's what people should do... after 3 years, or however long it had been. Haruka would've wanted the same for him. If she really loved him, she wouldn't have wanted him to suffer and hang on like he did. Mitsuki was what he needed. Haruka was just unfortunate, that she missed so much time being in the coma. Everyone had moved on, which was for the better. She had to do the same after waking up.

(click to show/hide)I was a little surprised to see Takayuki forgive Hayese for sleeping with Shinji, but in the end he realized that he sort of drove her to do it. Just like Hayase's co-worker had said, it was time to throw a pebble and see if made a ripple. If it hadn't been Shinji it would have been someone else. Either she could sit there and be unhappy forever, or she could do something that really got Takayuki's attention. She obviously HAD to do it even though she really didn't want to. She was so drunk and out of her mind at the time, it was probably the only way she could bare it.

Havoc10K:
btw, isnt the woman Daikuji called for the person that made that book ? l wonder whats the relation ? sisters ? or something ?
