its just a very poorly portrayed version of the tsundere done in non deliberate over the top fashion.
IE a show like bakemonogatari the main character is a tsundere. Similar in many ways to the annoying little brats like the one currently being portrayed in bleach manga.
But not as over the top, and lacking many of the awful traits present in this character.
