I am saying the REAL battle will not start in the next chapter as said in the last page... It will take a few chapters to just start. Heck there may even be traps to overcome in the mansion/palace which could take up 2-3 chapters...

I'm beginning to sense the bad direction Bleach is going for real now. This arc is turning out to be a disappointment, way too simple. I hope he can make up for that with the arc about Ichigo's father.

i am half convinced i should just stop reading it for like...7 months and then go back and see if it is worthwhile. the pace is so slow right now i want to rip my eyebrows off.

The reason this one is fast is the focus is meant to be him regaining some sort of powers. Its sort of a mini arc if you will. This will be a build up arc to one involving his father and the use of his new powers.

if it goes into an arc with his father will probably be more info on his dad and why he has the powers he has and then probably delve into how to fully use them

Yeah, was surprised as well. But that was the same with the Final Getsuga. Do they have new uniforms? Those white spots are new. Or are they glossy lately...? Both would be stupid.

^i would say they look more styled than just glossy (hand guards and what not) and Rukia seems to have a hair cut. the unis are basically the same though. Ichigo doesn't seem to look too different, but that is far better than the fullbring nonsense.

and i thought the glossy effect was just her fading into visibility. maybe i wasn't reading closely...

Yup, really. Highlights were definitely Rukia (Oh my) and Ichigo getting a new form/suit that doesn't look ridiculous. On the downside, we seem to be getting new transformations more frequently than Dragonball did.

agreed. with the close of the Aizen thread, it is taking on the flavor of the anime (bad filler arcs), which is not a good thing. it is still a little better than that because they are totally stupid, but...yeah...
