yeah, i know, and the VN has quite a lot on both girls Sekai and Kotonoha, but that isn't the case, I simply hate Kotonoha cuz she has too big boobs
it's just service, everyone knows she is good at academics, mediocre in sports, but when it comes to serious stuff like romance she is very conservative, until some point in the show and in the VN she remains a virgin, she is scared of pain and betrayal, it doesn't mean it's bad, but she is too aware, and scared of anything that included physical contact, after a while Makoto got tired that he couldn't score her, so he went on with other girls, Sekai included, it was very clear in the anime that he simply waited for Kotonoha to open her legs to him, but in the meantime he just humped other girl, I find that retarded to no end, at the very least Sekai was honest with her feelings from pretty much the start of the show, while Kotonoha was like "OMgosh !!", it was seriously irking me, if she was more active I would probably like her, but she was so passive I couldn't stand her, that is why Sekai is World, and i like her much better, btw, Kotonoha isn't much of an improvement in the VN as well, she is mostly passive, in a few arcs she does take initiative but in overall she is passive 70% of the game, her personality being as it is, is not even attractive, she is like a plain empty blank paper and you are supposed to write something there, but you have no means to do so, occasionally someone gives you a mini pencil to fill some pages, but then you run out of it quickly, the biggest asset she has is her body, anyone ca do something well in academics when they focus, but in life, she sucked hard, Sekai worked hard for everything, she was alone at home, only having one friend, and desperately seeking warmth, Makoto gave her that, and she became very selfish, no harm in that, but everything was Makoto's fault, in contrast, even if he was faithful to his crush and stuck to Kotonoha, not giving in to urges, everyone would be happy to some degree, but the way things developed was only and ONLY Makoto's fault, Sekai snapped because of him, Kotonoha snapped because of him, he was the reason to all the misfortune in the game and show, blaming any of the girls for what happened is stupid.
