Take the fusion technique from DBZ and have Makoto and Quagmire (from Family Guy) fuse. What would come of that huh?! His name would be Quagoto! :o All the powers in the world to turn any woman into a sex-craving psychopath who would murder you out of jealousy.

I am known for having quite the imagination, yet it fails me, so i'll make a short cut.
Popura + Sekai from the scene when Popura was imagined as a giant ? put Sekai there, that is great, but I guess this will never be resolved :
