Amazing that this thread has gone on so long...when the anime itself shoots itself in the head with the awful trope of that girl becoming a instant murderer. The series is really one of the worst...and it starts out so nicely and just about makes it to the finish. Anime has its strange corners and bizarre stuff that is for sure.

^ it is good, and the end is just surprising. But it isn't bad at any point. At least it has kind of complicated plot that is hard to guess.

LOLWUT? The anime is good because of that murder scene. If no one died, I would've given this show barely a 2.

Before episode 3, I always think this is another kind of school love "comedy"
but it's tragedy after all.....

Ahh school days. I watched this, code geass, elfen lied, and gantz in a marathon back to back... it was an interesting weekend... if not a bit scary. I always hated makoto, the damn prick. I did think the whole double murder thing was a bit unrealistic, but it could happen so I guess it works. Besides, have you SEEN the endings for the visual novel, HOLY SHIT!

Just skim through the pages back, we revealed pretty much the entire plot without spoilers already.

Besides, the anime is old enough to have been watched many times over. At some point we even debated if the "Did you watch School Days ?" question should be in the registration form for BakaBT.
