As far as animation, Kotonoha has better character design IMO.

As far as animation, Kotonoha has better character design IMO.

Overall, if you want to consider overall appeal and the lack of totally being mental, i liked Otome, but that's just me.

well, she's pretty bland compared to the other selections of interesting personalities.
