Well it happened in the movie, well maybe without the (click to show/hide)reviving thing, but with this whole ball of light thing that can grant wishes, I can see it happening in the series.

I'm putting what I'm about to say into spoiler - although I'm not saying any details, I'm stating my opinion about the movie and the series, and I know some people have seen the movie but haven't watched after story, or haven't seen either so...
(click to show/hide) I'd have to say of what I've seen so far IMHO the movie is following the spirit of the series, both original Clannad and After Story. Looking at what's going on in episode 15 and what's happening to certain characters, and having watched the movie - I'm thinking we're going to experience the same/extremely similar story line between the two except with a lot more explanation in the After Story series. I'm quite looking forward to it
