Twelve Kingdoms
Humanoidz:
Ugh....to each their own I guess. I hated Twelve Kingdoms. I can't believe I sat through all 45 episodes hoping it would get better but it didn't (at least they could have wrapped it up instead of just stopping). All I remember was boring, weak characters that recycled the same dialogue every other episode. I don't think I had anything else to watch so I forced it on myself.
I'll admit the first few episodes were good, pulled me in, but it lost me after that.
Onoz:
I'll agree past 30-32 I didnt know where the hell the story was going. I just thought it was absolutely pointless minor exposition considering the epic main themes and characters of the story
but it sure was good for the first 32~

The first 3 are available in English from Tokyo Pop. There used to be various fan-translations floating around of some of them, but honestly it's been a few years since I followed any of them, so I couldn't say what their current status might be.

Eugenene Woodbury is doing one hell of a job translating the novels. He chooses a different sequence compared to the Tokyopop releases. You can read them on his site, or download the translations.

Thanks^
