old thread, i know, but, does anyone even know if this was even released on dvd in japan, or if it made it to LD, etc.? even a good ripper can do pretty well with vhs if they feed the bitrate a bit. i would really love to get a copy of these in raws and try to offer to some fs groups, especially ones that do some older shows like this.
