FF VII [Series] + FF XIII + FF XIII-2 + FF XIII-3 + FF XV

As commented on VG247:
Guess I should just pull myself by the neck and finish XIII and XIII-2. I haven’t tried XIII-2 yet (other than a demo), but for XIII I managed to play 20+ hours before losing my save to a format. My own fault. Just hard as hell to motivate myself to spending so much time again.
It sounds like they’ll be doing a bit of Versus XIII stuff like the day and night cycle. Somehow I am not expecting Versus XIII in 2013 now. I just feel it would be too much to release both in the same year. They’d have a grand year though.
The fact that it’s the last entry also kinda makes up for “another game before Versus XIII.”
Havoc10K:
I get this feeling that this is more like a fanservice for Lightnings fans than an actual XIII-story driven game.
Want to bet it can be finished in less than 10 hours ?
I'm gonna wait for the game's release and the actual content. Maybe in a few years, if I still live, the game will come out.
S-E likes to announce stuff, but they are not fond of doing anything on time.

Where you going?
Well, weren't XIII-2's ending pretty much open for another game? I see the XIII franchise as being a safe bet other than risking another project like Versus XIII. If Square Enix' sales on XIII-3 makes it more possible for Versus XIII to arrive then I am totally okay with it. Just like Ubisoft mentioned that the sales of AC: Brotherhood and AC: Revalations made AC: III possible.

@ Takeshi ~
Don't worry ... I haven't even put FF XIII into the Xbox ... I'm really behind on gaming ... I just don't feel like sitting infront of the TV to play it.
Nikkoru:
I was a Lightning fan in part because of the lack of fanservice. But then, I'm an easy convert when it comes to female protagonists who aren't projections of male sexual fantasies.
I like the idea of a Doomsday clock, if they could do it like Majora's Mask, or just make it damn hard to actually win unless you've got good time management skills, I would be happy. There are few things in video games as tension building as a timer.
