Can hardly call it complete when, out of the 25 episodes, Lime's stalled @ eps 9 and Getbackers only released eps 10-15.

Oh sorry, my bad, another website gave me the impression that it was only 15 eps long :P

Weird that getbackers have started subbing S2 then without even finishing S1.

As indicated in another thread, both seasons have been found as Hong Kong DVD rips but were rejected because of the usual quality problems of HK DVDs.
