Just found this - not sure if anyone's seen it before.  ( By the usage numbers ... not too many people use it. )

http://broadband.mpi-sws.org/transparency/bttest-mlab.php

Diagnose your internet connection to see if your connection problems are BT throttling - or just your connection sucks.

( And take appropriate measures if you can. )

Once upon a time I had to encrypt all my traffic to get my bittorrent to work right... pain in the ass!!! Then I learn to change to port to something super high ...
