What books would make great anime. (manga not included)

I'm sure this has been said before, but I want to see Twilight series as anime.
I mean a vampire + school girl + werewolves = ??? lol
Like any other vampire anime there is..

I don't see the pressing need for another vampire anime anyways, it's not like you can argue that they've been under-represented in the field.

Nikkoru, obviously you don't see the need for another vampire anime. The question is what would you like to see? Twilight is not my first choice, probably not my second either but it does seem like a crowd favorite. ??? I would like to know what book would you like to see made into an anime and why.
