^^ bump ^^ rather than starting a new thread of same subject

I would also love to see full subbed Digimon series.  The complete sets listed on anidb.net are not in English, and my favorite Digimon subbers, WPP seems to have stalled as they have had no updates for 4 or 5 months now.  RyRo has 01 up to episode #47 but seems to have dropped it according to their web site so the series is short a few episodes. :(  anidb.net also didn't list any full 02 or Tamer in English sub, wpp seemed to have the most of both in English.

I liked English dub but some jokes don't translate and dubber choose to change few things so the dubbed series seems a little more kiddie than original series, and some jokes are rather overdone. Plus some scenes were cut or edited such as entire team hitch-hiking about half way through 01 (edited to be someone's cousin in English dub) or the infamous bath scene (some cut out)

Only Frontier (WPP) and Data Squad (Dats) are complete in English sub. :(  My favorite is Tamers though. *cry*

Hiii!

Maybe this is the wrong topic, but I didn't want to open a new one, just for my request. Well, I have the series already, with Hun-Jap dual audio (I am Hungarian). But the subber hasn't finished the translation for the Japanese version. So, above the 32nd episode, there are no Hungarian subtitles at all. That's why I need ONLY the English subs, so I can translate them into Hungarian, and make a lot of people happy (including myself) :)

I would appreciate that if somebody can help! :)

Thanks a lot!

Hmm I should have been checking more often.  I knew Ryro finished Adventure after a long hiatus.

And http://positroncannon.livejournal.com/ seems to be promising for the 02 since it looks like WPP may never finish it.  They have finished Tamer.

Add to that Frontier and Data Squad have been done long ago.

Had it been a decade since Digimon started??

I'll try to get the full Tamers set downloaded, will check it out, and if all checks good make a single torrent for BXT.

What happened here with the Digimon Tamers Japanese dub, English subtitles version?

We were waiting for PositronCannon and cardslash02 to finish their revised script for episodes 1-40 of Tamers, but they dropped when it became clear The Wild Bunch were going to do a much better job. I gather we'll be waiting for them now.

"Jap, Dub".

Am I the only one who thinks this sounds weird? How can the Japanese track be a dub since Digimon is produced in Japan?

Well, dub can also mean "to record dialogue or other sound to match action in shots already filmed. To record dialogue or other sound to match action in shots already filmed."

"In anime, both the original Japanese audio and the localized English audio are technically dubs."

Anyways, I only wrote Japanese dub because we currently have only an "Eng Dub" version up.

Lillymon, thanks for the heads up about The Wild Bunch! (WildBunch)
