If you switch to commercial right at the ending of a race like they did then you deserve to be shot on sight.

Yeah.... stay away from TV3 (both nor/swe/dan), way too many commercials. However some immigrants have told me that their amount of commercials is common on channels in their country.
BTW the only thing I can recommend on NRK is "Berserk", really awesome show. I mean you have to be a viking to sail this baby through the dreaded north passage. But I aready went way off topic.

That is one sweet yacht!

I've watched the first two episodes and it's technically not off topic as they are sailing under the pirate flag :)
But so the first dude drops out because he has met a Cuban girl while he was drunk and decided to stay and the other one is forced out because members of the Hells Angels are not allowed into Canada? The group has issues.
I think I'll watch a few more of this one.
Great soundtrack too, love that you can download it for free. I miss the theme with lyrics though that plays when they reach New York :(
So uh, the Pirate Bay trial. That's complicated. Sucks for file sharing. Hope they win.
Edit: Hah the song with the choir is of course Vangelis - Conquest of Paradise from "1492"

Actually both of them. One looked like a hells angels member and that was enough of a reason. Reminds me of jewish persecution in Nazi Germany, "oh he has a big nose, must be a jew, get him!"
Fuck, those islands in the north were found by Norwegians and should be ours, and Canada is not a real country anyway....

Also they have been sailing under Pirate flag up until they reached Greenland, after that I only saw Norwegian one.
