I don't really care about FRA as I am one of those that trusts the state. I do NOT trust private companies though and that's why- though I want them both gone- I rather they cancel IPRED.

Also FRA is not state, it is a branch of the military. As such we should not fear them because military in most of Western Europe does not under any circumstances meddle in civilian problems that are under jurisdiction of the police. Still it is the principle that matters here.

What I'm saying is that though it's horrible that the military spies on the people, for me it's even worse when a corporation does it that is not looking for terrorists but for YOU :)
They know that we don't have the money to defend ourselves in civil court.
To them it doesn't matter that I buy more movies, cd's and games than ever because of file sharing, they want even more of my money.

AceHigh:
Yes yes, let's hope that blogging critically about the government doesn't make you a terrorist. Otherwise I agree with you. Still it is a matter of principle.

forevr:
I wouldn't worry about that as long as we keep CIA away from Europe or at least the North.
Though I can certainly understand why you are rightfully even more upset. Perhaps the government of Norway somehow can persuade ours to shut it down.

How did it come to this... What good is 100/100 lines in every apartment when you can't use it for sharing...
Still there is hope yet. OneSwarm grows each day ;)

AceHigh:
Nah, most likely scenario is that we lay intercontinental cables to UK or Denmark. Besides it is not right for one sovereign nation to influence other's decision no matter what reason.
