I am following the trial with great interest as I find it ridiculous. I mean, it would be very surprising if PB lost as they technically haven't done anything wrong...you can find torrents by doing a search on Google.

There is one thing that just happened that is just as stupid as this trial. Hulu orders Boxee and TV.com to remove its content. The reason? Producers of course.
