None of them was correct.

The IP is 192.121.86.{2-8}

The IP addresses you got are for the homepages, not the trackers. ;D
Yeah, I realized that after I made the post. EPIC FAIL on my part :D

Great... now the dutchies are propagating censorship of the Internet too... This just hit the news today on the alleged court-session of the dutch anti-piracy bureau Brein (whos site remains offline to this day) against TPB.

http://www.earthtimes.org/articles/show/279640,the-pirate-bay-should-stop-activities-in-netherlands-court-rules.html

The article says 'stop activities' (which TPB doesn't have in the Netherlands), while the dutch article claims the ruling was to push TPB to ban all dutch users from their tracker and website.

From the dutch article:

Quote
For every day the defendants do not adhere to the ruling, they will face a penalty of 30.000 euro per day, to a maximum of 3 million euro's.

The lawyers also state that the owners of the site make massive amounts of money with their activities. Anyone recall this tidbit? http://torrentfreak.com/g-defense-090218/

Quote
“If I have all this money they claim, someone has apparently stolen it from me,” Peter Sunde twittered in a reponse.

An appeal to a higher court was filed immediately after the court-session.

Stichting brein is nothing more but a maffia corporation within the netherlands though. by a figure of speaking ofcourse.

FTD, the newsgroup dutch thing is already sueing them. If the torrent sites would actually step out and sue companies like that, they will be epicly destroyed.

Stichting brein has been caught getting personal user information from internet providers like kpn, wich is against the dutch law in everyway. As companies like KPN are not allowed to give away user information if the user has not been informed or signed for it. Privacy law is rather strict.

Sig removed for being oversized.

Even more epic, the speech released when they came back up, a rehash of Winston Churchill's 'We shall fight on the beaches' speech (which can be found here):
Quote
    We have, ourselves, full confidence that if all do their duty, if nothing is neglected, and if the best arrangements are made, as they are being made, we shall prove ourselves once more able to defend our Internets, to ride out the storm of war, and to outlive the menace of tyranny, if necessary for years, if necessary alone.

    Even though large parts of Internets and many old and famous trackers have fallen or may fall into the grip of the Ifpi and all the odious apparatus of MPAA rule, we shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the ef-nets and darknets, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Internets, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the baywords.org, we shall fight on the /. and on the digg, we shall fight in the courts; we shall never surrender, and if, which I do not for a moment believe, the Internets or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the Anon Fleet, would carry on the struggle, until, in Cerf’s good time, the New World, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old.

    Signed;

    The Pirate Bay Crew – Now until needed.

I also read that BREIN likes to blackmail lawyers into saying 'no' to sites like TPB and Minninova (who got a similar ruling as the TPB recently), making it harder for the accused to get a proper, fair and unbiased trial (as hardly any lawyer wants to represent them in court then). I'd say that's obstruction of justice and I wonder why there hasn't been a single person who stood up and decided to sue BREIN over that or even why the police hasn't broken into their office yet, seizing their records that show they (and other 'pro-artists associations') don't do squat with the money they collect.

It's pretty obvious that the record labels and movie industry pump a lot of cash into these lawsuits to bribe the judges and at the same time ask for ridiculous sums of money whenever someone has been convicted, yet no one cares, because it supposedly serves a common good.

And it happened...

The Pirate Bay Tracker Shuts Down for Good

Written by Ernesto on November 17, 2009

Today marks the end of an era, as The Pirate Bay team announces that the world’s largest BitTorrent tracker is shutting down for good. Although the site will remain operational for now, millions of BitTorrent users will lose the use of its tracker and will instead have to rely on DHT and alternative trackers to continue downloading.

Well.. It's not THAT bad... It's not a complete shutdown of TPB.
