Multiple utorrent instances
Duki3003:
I managed it - I just misconfigured it - just a port forward error - works like a peach now.

Cant you do the same thing in uTorrent (dedicating certain amounts of bandwidth to certain types of torrents) by using labels?

No, if you label a group of torrents then try to set the "bandwidth limit" it doesn't set a limit for the collective group, it applies that limit to each individual torrent in the group. uTorrent only has two levels individual and global there's no sub-grouping.
zopilote:
what versions of utorrent do support this?, I tried with 1.8.5 portable with no suceess, it says "file not found"
K7IA:
it seems to work with "runas" using a "separate user account with admin privileges" and /NOINSTALL parameter as well.
this way it uses a different profile folder for utorrent settings data.
[edit] it occurred to me, automated client updates might be a problem. it might still try the default profile folder for setting data.
