Then, as she was thinking that thought, the silver-haired girl placed a firm grip around our heroines shoulders.
She became paralyzed by the action. She tried to protest, but the silver-haired girl kissed our heroine on the forehead and she fainted.

After our heroine fainted, the mysterious oldman appeared to her dream, andasked "Well, would you like to have your original body back? if you want it back, I'm sure that the 'Silver-haired' girl will hate you, if you change back to male body."
Lutador:
Still in his dream, he contemplated this. He realized that the silver-haired girl was rather nice and that he wouldn`t mind finding out more about her.
Then he awoke to....

Notice that she was lying on the bed in school infirmary ...and she had bigger breasts!
Lutador:
She now realized she had a dilemma. To either try to revert back to her male body and sever all bonds to ever know this place or stay in this smoking hot body she had been given and discover the mysteries this place held.
