yep free trial for 14 days with only a bit limited gameplay, or if you pm me your e-mail ill give you a 21 day trial(every player can do it apparently, so chiyachan could do it too. or c614h2, or wolkec. or chribba)
and no i wont spam you with advertisements on how to increase your you-know-what
hmm i really like eve too, now in my second year, and do all sorts of stuff there.
Eve is a "Futuristic-in-space-inter-solar-multiple-choice-strategic-battle-realistic-environmental-market-emulation-pewpew-whatever"
lots of eye-candy and lots of choices what to do in space, and lots to learn about, cool possibilities for player teamwork and the like.
so many choices.
oh noes i feel a wall of text coming....*shiver*
if you'd like to find out more abot eve say so and i will try to help out.
(actually your question has inspired me to write a shor eve guide. but given content of eve i'm allready at 2 pages..

so i decided to not post it, cause it might scare you, or confuse you or both.

hmm i'm pretty poor myself, but aleast i can manage to earn enough iskies to buy my gtc with it^^
wich results in a constant to farm isk ingame so i can continue to play^^
and having almost no iskies to spend on pewpew^^
but it works^^

Within 3 months, they'll be 3 Hulk strip farmers in my corp, and we've got an orca driving.. go GTC won't be an issue.

b: Misioning and now going into inventioning (Mining is for pussies

wouldnt say its a waste.
with an orca in an ice field and a bunch of mackinaws, i'm sure there is no easier was of making quite some isk for just putting some ice into the orca every 3 minutes.
easy-afk-mining-iskies-farming, did it with my alt for some time too, and mining is just so relaxing.
watching anime on the first screen and eve on the second.

thats a common mistake.
when i mine in highsec for one hour its about 18mil in mins(from one barge) and the fact that i dont sell the mins but produce stuff from it gives me the opportunity to easily make 20% more profit from my mins.
when i'd mine in 0.0 and only sell the mins then i'd make (per hour)
95 mil from crokite
90 mil from bistot
87 mil from arkonor
65 mil from mercoxit
or 50 mil from gneiss

given that all barges work together and hauling works well and stuff.

then on the other side when you have a tripple tyrant in each belt and chain them its absolutely possible to make about 15 mil per tick only on bounty when flying a nice zealot with assigned fighters.
thats then about 55 mil only from the bounty plus what you get in loot and salvage parts wich is usually equally divided in 3rds(its not so eqally divided all the time but looked at overall it is more or less), wich means theres another 55 mil in loot(selling or reprocessing wich ever is more profitable) plus 55 mil in salvage parts.
that would them make another 165 mil per hour of really hard work.
plus there might be the occasional faction or commander-spawn.(wich breaks about every calculation^^)

if you then compare 0.0-ratting to no-action-safe-highsec-afk-mining ok, then you might come to get more in one hour than i do with mining in highsec^^

mission running is quite profitable too, so i do it too additionally to the ganking, 0.0 ratting, invention and production cause i get bored easily^^

i couldnt decide what to do so i ended up doing about everything and nothing at all^^ wich cost me quite some time^^
there is no wrong-way in eve, just whats right for you, so you enjoy eve^^

Lolled when I first saw that. Painfully accurate for anybody who does nothing but run missions in high-sec.
