Yes, Xeons have hyperthreading. They're basically Core i7s for servers and workstations.

Oh and did i forget to mention its 100 dollars less then the ipod touch 32gig

No third-party application support (hence no API to develop). No Wi-Fi. Et cetera.
I have no doubt that the S9 is a very capable player, but you're comparing apples to oranges. The iPod touch is basically a PDA that happens to play media; the Cowon is a media player that happens to have some PDA features.

cowon S9 has flash support so it has access to TONS of applications. And i buy an mp3 player to listen to music and some video, not to go on the internet. I have a computer, i dont need a 3 inch screen for the internet.
And until they make productivity packs for ipod touch or iphones and give them a keyboard they arent PDA with media support, and a PDA probably has wider codec support then apple products

You're not seriously suggesting that Flash is equivalent to Objective-C and Cocoa, are you? (Or, for that matter, C++ and Win32, or the various Unix desktop APIs....) Apple already went through a huge backlash when the iPhone was originally released for only allowing Web widgets prior to the release of the official SDK.

Then you personally don't need to consider an iPod touch. That doesn't mean that there aren't plenty of people who would gladly fork over the requisite amount to browse the Internet on a 3-inch screen. "I don't need it" ≠ "nobody needs it".

Sturgeon's Law. Ninety percent of software on any system is going to be crap. You can't just compare the lowest common denominator.
