Why did you choose it, does it have some hidden meaning maybe (if not apparently obvious of course), if it's from an anime which (if it's not commonly known) why that one, and so on...
Here I'll explain mine - it's somewhat simple - My name is Душан so Duki is my nickname, that simple (and no - its got no relation with duke whatsoever which some people may think). The 3003 part is apparently, well, 'cause I started surfing the web somewhere back in 2002 - but all Duki2002 nicks were generally in use so I concocted a devilish plan to annoy some random Duki in the year 3003 when he eventually finds out that all Duki3003's on all popular sites were already taken, back 1000 years ago - muhahahaha >:D
Care to explain yours?

I had someone once tell me that Tenshi Yoma was the equivilant of "Fallen Angel" in japanese. Whether it's true or not, I don't honestly know. But I started using it as a screen name years and years ago and just kinda kept using it.
Auriga1337:
Well, out of context, Auriga is a constellation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auriga_(constellation)), however, in-context the name comes from the name of an AMV created by someone who is considered at large by the AMV editor community to be a god among men. I am talking, of course, about Xavier Guinchard aka Nostromo. Auriga happens to be the name of the first of his AMV's I ever saw and it remains to this day my favorite, so I named my internet persona after it.

The 1337 part comes from my chosen career in the IT field and my love of computers.
duelistgamer:
Hi guys, I'm duelistgamer, newcomer to BakaBT.
My nickname was made 7 years ago, when they used to show Duel Masters on TV. As it should be obvious, duelistgamer, breaks up into duelist, which came from my Duel Masters fandom(which is fine at the age of 10) and gamer, which came from me playing a lot (too much?) of video games.
Ginter:
Well... my username is my last name... so thats kinda boring... but when I used to play alot of CS:S and other games I would usually go as Saint Jimmy which is a Green Day song who is referred to as The Patron Saint of Denial.
FlyinPenguin:
My name is inspired by this Linux commercial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnOUq9UBJb4
Because with Linux, even penguins can fly ;)
I wanted to use The Flying Penguin but unfortunately I was limited by characters.
