When Cookies become alcoholics the world has issues, oh wait that has already happened!
When I was growing up I wanted to become a queen, now that I did, I have to avoid brats chasing me with bats.
When the charm wears off, what do you have then?

Well i couldn't use my preferred nickname due to the 12 character limit, so i hope you will allow me the opportunity to explain both. "FlamedRaver" i chose because the night before i created my account, after a long night at the club, my girlfriend was out back spinning fire. One of her wicks was fraying(which i had already warned her about) and a piece flew off and set my fav shirt on fire. Hence my nick. My semi-off topic and hopefully forgiven story, is "SirDeathJester". My oldest friend who i grew up with in Canada gave me this nickname half in part due to my habit of going 180mph on his old Buell motorcycle, and my policy of living with no regrets but instead learning from the past. He said "you'll laugh at death till it comes to collect, then smile and greet it like a gentleman.
Storm...in the morning light
I feel..
No more can I say
Frozen to myself.
I got nobody on my side
And surely that ain't right
Surely that ain't right.
Ohh, can't anybody see
We've got a war to fight
Never found our way
Regardless of what they say. -Roads, by Portishead.

XinWind:NewWind

I chose it because of its meaning.
From who I was to who I am. Starting a new life.
Its a new wind for me to carried by.

PrOdiGyinNaCn - just a loose commentary on how most people seem to treat themselves.  Most people don't seem willing to put in the effort to be excellent at something.  They just want to add water, stir and poof, excellence.

Well my real name is Aleksi. But my mom doesn't have decent finnish pronouncing so my friends heard that she said Aleci. And one day when i was at my friends house using his very oddy designed keyboard and was typing my name and it turned out Akecu. (Why did i choose this nick? I don't even like it much x D)
Thanks Enzie!

Well oddly enough "flame dance" came from when I was watching some portfolio reels of students at my sister's game design college during the graduation ceremony and one of the vids was of lizardmen doing this kind of ritual dance around a bonfire and thus sparked my username.

Odd way to get one I guess but it's better than being another SuperDarkSonicDeath ScytheGundam200X. . . and the 58 is just my favorite number.

Well, I changed my nickname because I was tired of the one I have since college.  So for a new one I chose it plain and simple, based on one of my favorite manga/anime character Nobu Terashima.

My pronunciation, grammar, syntax, and vocabulary has always been a bit off from US standards (has everything to do with the fact that I don't actually think in words, instead I find the best word to best fill the gap of understanding between myself an my audience). This causes the occasional awkward moment, for instance: I can say "What can I do you for" instead of "What can I do for you", so the person I'm talking to is confused by a spontaneous proposition fitted into an otherwise normal conversation. This swings the other way for me as well, and 'pants' is an instance. In my head, pants=underwear. Sort-of British with the whole pants vs. trousers thing, or pants=pantsu but not the rational, just how I understand words. So, in context, when I have a skirt wearing friend say she wants to head out, "but I want to put on some pants first because it's cold out" I just grin. My good friends have caught on the this because I can't help but to grin when something like this is said.

He he. Being English that would make me laugh too. But then go to an English travel agency and they'll tell you about the horror that is the American 'fanny pack' and how you should cover your childrens ears!

Heh, my mother is notorious for this one. She has always has been a fan of the 'fanny pack', an artifact of the fact that she never left the 70's. She's painfully voicetress with an unfortunate lack of appreciation for tact or subtlety. I once had the misfortune, in my high-school years, of traveling to London with her. She had taken to addressing her money-belt as a 'fanny pack'. She was in a mood one day and suspected, for a moment, her passport had been stolen or lost. I, foolishly, attempted to educate her about the interpretations of vocabulary when she responded, publicly, and quite loudly "I'll call my fanny pack whatever I want to!" She hadn't lost it after all.

Lmao. There are a few great words that mean completely different things between the US and UK. Fanny, spunk and pants that I can think of off the top of my head. Make me feel dirty writing them! xD

Anonymity is just a juvenile excuse to be a dick without getting caught. Not to mention, that by simply adding the n you are relinquishing your precious anonymity.
