X is a letter that 'Kotonoha' does not have
5 is the number of syllables there are in 'Kotonoha' plus one
G is also a letter that is not part of her name
A is the last letter from her name.

in swedish "snobben".
He felt like a big n00b, because he sucked at cs. So he took those two words and put them together. snobben + n00b...
and since then, he didn't bother to change it.
