Apparently, it may not come to US and Europe shores. But the game has English voice acting (no idea if it has English words and what not). It's also a difficult RPG and one of the best in a long time (to what people are saying).

Oh, and it's a PS3 exclusive. =)

Awesome deal right there. 10 dollars more for the special edition and you get a lot of cool things plus the guide! Cheap. I'll change my order tomorrow. Demon's Souls coming out on Oct. 6th for the PS3.

Very tempted. I was considering grabbing a deluxe and just leave it lying around to see if it's worth keeping as a re-sell later.... but considering I hate ebay... I kind of decided against it.

Besides... I don't have a PS3.

But damn Tatsujin. You dropped the ball by not posting some clips. Not released here = many of us have no idea wtf this game is like.

Oh hmm. You're right. Go to www.gametrailers.co m and search Demon's Souls. Lots of stuff there and even gameplay! The game is just merciless to what I hear. This'll be a good experience for a while. I was planning on canceling it but everytime I see it I just ... want it ... more and more.

Go get the slim, its cheaper and just as capable, all standard features included(games, blu-rei....).

It does everything the regular PS3 does except one thing, which is installing Linux OS on it ... but who would want to do that anyways?!

The other good thing about it, other than it's slim, is that it saves a lot of power. It's like 90 or 110 watts. Mine, the 60GB, is like 200 watts!!!

The other I hear is being able to mod the HDD. But then again, it comes with a decent HDD already.

You mean to increase the capacity? Yea. You pay like 60 or 80 dollars and you get a 500GB. Replacing the HDD's doesn't void the warranty as well.

If it's for one game, ... Uh, then I wouldn't know. Look at the other exclusives that PS3 has. Blu-ray is a plus, free online (with more games) and you're capable of accessing any other region, even Japan (they have a different story than ours and they have more games than us, well, Japanese stuff). Media hub, built-in wifi, blue tooth technology, 1.3v HDMI (deep color) and other features. I'm gonna go back and watch some anime.

Just picked up my copy today. The internet settings on my phone got borked so I need to reflash it to get it tethered. I can't decide if I should just pop it in now and start playing, or wait until I have a working internet connection.

Does anyone know how much latency the game can handle before getting too laggy? I have no problems with my old phone, but it's limited to EDGE, so latency is about 300 - 500ms.
