It's not Crazy Taxi.
It's not an old game but it's a screenshot taking with the lowest possible setting.

Hint 1: It's a multi-platforms racing game.
Hint 2: Reason for it look like Crazy Taxi is because it's B.D. Joe in the screenshot.
Hint 3: You get to use a Fork Lift.
Hint 4: There are zombies in this game
Hint 5: Piko Piko Hammer

Now, I know it's not stated in the rules of this particular game, but please avoid cropping/modifying screenshots if possible - especially when a game is as obscure as the one you posted.
Not that it's too obscure for me, mind you - it's Entombed Enhanced.
