I have absolutely no idea.
I only made the character, finished the tutorial area, and went to the first location - didn't feel like playing it since then.
Nothing that would impress me so far, but I really can't form an opinion yet.

After playing Divinity 2 for a bit, it feels a bit like morrowind/oblivion.

Actually... Muesli is right, in a way. Magic and Mayhem was released as Mana: Der Weg der schwarzen Macht in Germany. So I suggest accepting that answer, since I don't have a screenshot handy anyway.
