Also.. what's our rule on spoilers here? Some stuff is in spoiler tags while other huge spoiler stuff isn't. Is there really a point considering this thread is about the LAST episode of the series?

Well, the bonus episode has aired, and to be honest, i found it very amusing. Sure, we have quite a few of the original tsukkomi and comedic moments, but I think it was quite a nice touch to go back to that. A few very amusing pranks by Tomoya and Youhei too

Next week's episode is the compilation episode.

Im such an idiot, i didn't realise that this was when Tomoya and Sunohara were all in 2nd year (until near the end when i worked it out) and because of that i was thinking maybe it was an alternate world ep. Good ep. I was very impressed how they presented Tomoya; Bored and unhappy with his life. It really helped to get across how much he changed when he meets Nagisa at the start of clanned.

i love this anime.. too bad it ended.. i think this is gonna be the first time i ever said this of any anime i've ever watched, but i wish they would've extended the anime with a lot of fillers. i don't think i would've gotten bored in watching any of it.

Ep 23 was pretty funny. It's hard to go back to the happy storyline though after having such sad memories of the ending. Can't wait for the Compilation Episode so I can finally have some closure on this anime. I feel somehow like I am cheating on the anime by watching other series while waiting for the next eps because I got so emotionally attached to the series

Well I have seen last night the final ep (22) and I loved it

I really liked the strange twist in it...
One thing is for sure "Clannad" are my favourite series

Yup, I haven't seen it yet. I'm waiting for Eclipse to finish the rest of the episodes then going to snatch it all.

ok now what about the movie that came out - Clannad - The Motion Picture

Different things happened then in After Story.

So i'm a little confused at why they are different.

note i didn't watch season 1.

I was staying away from After Story (even with the the first seasons awesomeness) because i was scared of being shattered by watching it. *Cough movie. Hahaha.

Is that the Gekijouban Clannad or is something newer? (I know that the translation of that is Clannad the movie but I just want to check since my download is going painfully slow and I'll probably have it completed tomorrow)

Clannad Motion Picture is the Gekijouban CLANNAD, produced by Toei Entertainment. The art is pathetic (though better than Air and Kanon), and many parts of the visual novel changed.

Oh and that's why I don't regret that I saw the movie beforehand - and the series afterwards.

That way less seems ruined - but maybe that's just me....
