Can someone tell me why I should watch this? I saw an picture of an boy turning into an girl. Also I did watch episode 1-3 and he didn't change once....

the main protagonist in ToLoveRu doesn't change into a girl, one of the side characters do, it's later in the series, altough the main guy does change in one episode tough, think it was in one of the OVAs, l also belive tehre is a topic about this show as well, try using search.

Yes. He does change but only in the first of the OVA series. There is Ren/Run. He/she is a side character that you meet later in the series. Anyway overall the series is good. If you are watching it purely for the gender bending though I would suggest Kampfer instead since for most of the time Ren/Run is a usually a girl to enhance the harem of the situations.

true that, and hes not very enjoyable sight too, Kampfer on the other hand is really a good watch, if for gender bender.
