Ruels clerification

OK so i just noticed that im a power user and i thought of adding a sieries thats not compleat yet. My question is this. While looking at the "DO NOT UPLAD LIST" I noticed that the series i want to do is on it but its the origional not the spin off. In the list its called Casshan: Robot Hunter and acording to ANN  this is the origional of the one i would like to upload when the lats episode comes out the coming weekend called  Casshern Sins with is subed by Shinsen-Subs. Is this permitable?

Casshern Sins is ok to upload. But for all our sakes, please check the spelling in that post...

Likelihood of OP being first (or best) to upload this = 10000:1.

EDIT: Besides, Umai is apparently doing a better job according to AniDB ratings, though that may just be the SHS haters at work as usual.

I know but ill still try it for my first upload


Last question. Is there a min requiermint for uploading bandwith? I only have a DSL with 180kb download and a 48kb upload. Will this be alright?

As far as I know there's no minimum requirement for upload speed, but....
If you're going to upload/seed a torrent with a size of several gigabytes you'll be uploading quite a while. This can also affect your own downloadspeed (when maxing your upload), depending on your internet connection and settings that is. But I think with a popular series there will always be people who want to improve their ratio and will help in seeding.

I do wonder what kind of rule decides the waiting period for non-power users before they can leech a torrent, is that dependable on upload speed? Probably has more to do with the total filesize of the torrent, does anybody know? Not that this relates to your question that much... ;)

Edited my first post. I've only watched the first episode from both groups, and don't consider that enough for an objective judgement.
