Over half the threads on the lounges first page are games! Not just crappy games all spammed by one person, but good games created by different people that have gone on for several pages. Games are nice, but with so many, I'm thinking the creation of a new child board is warranted. What are your thoughts?

Going to have to disagree with you. What would the point of the lounge forums if you make a sub forums just for games?

Just take a look at the threads in the last few pages of the Lounge that aren't games. They include things like "What did you eat today", "How fast do you type", and "Just A Plain Good Laugh". The tone of General Discussions is too serious for these sort of threads, but people still like to view threads like these. I think those sort of threads would be the point.

i think a new child board would be good. there are so many games and other topics mixed together that even new topics are on the second page which is somehow bothersome.. e.g the compliment person game thread is on page 2 just because no one posted into it today

"Yes" vote here, I miss (as in I don't notice them) a lot of threads because they soon disappear to the next page due to all the games. It's a shame really.

There's people that actually do enjoy wasting their time there, or for whatever reason they have. If they make a separate category for 'Game Threads Only' or something then The Lounge will be more clear.
