No, it's because it was the first beta server. It's one of the more higher populated EST servers. I also think my friend's old WoW guild is rolling Asmodian on there, and I'd love the chance to kill some of them. =)

Here's what I believe is the current timeline.

Requires Pre-order beta key
Sept 18th-20th: Preselection - You can log onto the servers to make and name your character.
Sept 20th-22nd: Head-start - You can start playing 2 days earlier than the release date.
Sept 22nd: Retail release. Now here's what I've heard, but haven't been able to confirm. Supposedly you can play on your beta key for a few days after release. I like this because I hated going to midnight releases. (if there even was one) It'd be great if I could just keep playing it and go pick up my copy whenever I'm out running some errands later in the week or something.

You mean that casting spells, having a super strength and killing dragons do not necessitate a suspension of disbelief?

For those who missed latest news about when preselect start can easily go here to get the time for whatever timezone you might be in.

That's correct for NA.

but for EU it's more like this:

Pretty sure the timer for his spawn expired. Chances are they caught him at the very end of his patrol. That, or they lost too many tanks and ended up kiting him past his reset. Probably the latter.

The behemoth doesn't have a despawn timer afaik, it only disappears after someone kills it, so it most likely as you said he went and reset.
Nice that someone actually recorded it, I where there aswell, not that saw myself there, but saw people from my legion =)

I'm interested mainly for the Japanese voice cast and seeing how aerial combat in it is like. Otherwise it looks like WoW in baby form, just in a different skin and will most likely tread down a shitty path as WoW did eventually. At the very least, it's not another mediocre cash shop MMO and it looks pretty. Although, I can see myself regretting paying $100+ after getting bored of it in a few months. Given it's korean, I fear that it is another grindfest MMO as well. /shrug
