A Certain Scientific Railgun will be animated in the fall, same as its predecessor.

And there will probably be more to follow, considering that the anime is based of a light novel, of which the 19th volume was just released. The anime itself has only reached up to volume 6.

Seconded! I've just watched ep 3... and there wasn't enough Mikoto. This is one series which isn't good to watch when sleepy, by the way. I'm going to bed now. :P
