maybe they would explain the alien incident on the movie... I saw the planet jupiter flashing at the end of 00, and i thought, there would be some hidden meaning of this scene..i dunno..just maybe.. let's stay tuned! 2010 can be very far yet so near..

It's just, the Arthur C. Clarke references at the end - "The Childhood of Man Will End" in references to Clarke's 1953 novel "Childhood's End" which features both first contact and human evolution... also isn't the 00 GN-drive kind of like the black monolith-thingy from "2001: A Space Odyssey"?

There's also numerous references to "The coming dialogue" with extraterrestrials made in the series.

The Gundam series have never dealt with aliens before, it'd at least be original.

You Make a good point.... Also did you notice that when Exia cut GN-000 down the middle. It was the same sense when Amuro fought on earth. I think it was episode 20....

Pfff. The supposed Seed Destiny movie never materialized, though in retrospect that may have been a good thing. Still, I hope to see more of an epilogue style that adds closure to the story rather than a clip show movie of the series.
