I agree with you. In terms of the SD ending as well as in your spoiler. Actually, I don't mind that it'd end in a SD ending but then again I can't think of a happy ending too. I guess that's why I didn't understand episode 25. It left me totally in the dark in how it will end.

I don't think we've seen any indication that this is true. She said that she believed in that other girl's talent. In other words, she wanted THAT GIRL to realize that she has what it takes to make it. Since that girl does not have the courage (or the opportunity), Menou lip synced to give that girl a chance.

Menou is pretty interesting. . .she is tying everything down and undoing all the knots in the series. I still need to re-watch everything as a whole. . . There are some things I cant link.

Yeah, I hear you on that. There was a lot of stuff thrown around. It was pretty disappointing though. Nothing really "happened" other than that performance. Gonna have to think on this one for awhile to decide if I liked it... or hated it.

So Touya blocked out his memories because of stupid lost medal? Seriously? That's a joke. I liked every character but Touya. He's even worse than Makoto as far as I'm concerned. Makoto was an ass, but he was oblivious to everything. Touya actually knew the whole time that he was hurting Yuki, but he still fucked around anyways. That makes him the bigger ass because he didn't have the balls to hold back.

As for the very end, it sucked as it's open to interpretation. Who was he waving at? Did Yuki take him back after she moved on without him? Did he go to Mana's college? Haruka? Or did he get his ass dumped by all of them and he was waving at Akira? GAH! HATE ITTTT! Stupid as all hell. The thought of him ending up with Yuki really pisses me off. Well, the thought of him ending up with any of them pisses me off. So in my mind he was waving at Akira, which is still a stupid ending.

Overall... it's a tough series to rate with the terrible ending and my hatred for the main character. Him smiling at the end makes me give this a 7 out of 10. If he was crying it woulda gotten 10/10. Scum *kicks*

AND I WAS RIGHT. DAMN IT 

Somehow, I knew the final scene would have to be with Mana somehow and I was right.

As for the entire show, I can't help but feel disappointed. Many things could have been done in a better way and more conclusively. I hope White Album 2 VN is adapted in a better way.

He did end up with Yuki. He knew that he didn't "really" like all the other girls, and got his shit straightened out when he got his repressed memories back, which Yuki apparently was waiting for all along. He can finally accept her and she was always ready to accept him. He got the medal back so that he could apologize, and so on. There was also champagne (or something like it) and two glasses, which I assume was in Yuki's room.

With all those signs, I can't possibly see any other option.

The ending was pretty open, Im not sure I want to think of it as a "and everyone lived happy ever after" type of ending . . .but there are soo many smiles. . .
