However it's an unspoken rule when it comes to the Anime Discussion section that we'd prefer everybody to become necromancers rather than starting a new topic.

Then it needs to be translated into a spoken rule, and the warning on necro posts removed.
Also it wasn't always this way.  It used to be a nono to necro posts, so things aren't consistent either.

I joined Boxtorrents in 2004 to download stuff. Then begun to communicate more on the forums around 2007-2008ish. The rules since the date I started using the forums never changed even when Boxtorrents switched to BakaBT.

Also, if you think about it, it's better to put everything under one roof rather than spread them out across new threads, even if they're simple questions, comments or concerns or anything like that. Unless if the type of series is different (season 1, season 2, OVA/OAD, movies) and the previous thread has no concrete discussion about them then yea you can make a new thread. Try and look over Toradora for example, it's a mess. Now go and look for Hyouka, Hanasaku Iroha or Macross Frontier. Not much of a mess, is it?

I do agree to the fact that the warning sign needs to be removed. I don't know how easy or hard it is to do so.

That's on the Admins and what they want to do. They do have a list of Rules to abide by. It's pointless to discuss this any further in here. Take this up with an Admin in a PM if you feel things need to be changed.

Well I can't stomach this anymore; it's so convoluted, pretentious, and unbelievable.  I am skipping through the episodes, but that just makes it even more difficult to understand.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a summary of what happens.  Can anyone just summarize the rest of the series for me please?  Be sure to spoiler stuff, of course.
I'm particularly interested in the childhood memory flashbacks;
did those actually mean something?  Also, what was the deal between the main character and his dad?  Oh yeah, was the Echoes cafe guy a mute?

While not trying to spoil White Album for you, it's really up to you if you feel like the anime is worth the time. IMO, it was worth my time. It's good to see something different and abnormal in anime that you rarely see in other series out there.

If you're posting an off-topic reply to an old post, then don't. If you have something meaningful to add to the discussion, or have some new points of discussion to bring to the table, then just make sure it's relevant to the main topic before posting in an old thread, otherwise start a new thread.

If you want to talk about site policy, there's a forum for that.

I've been holding out for a very long time to re-watch this, and the urge was spiking hard the past few days. Saw all 26 episodes in 3 days.

Ah, man this is satisfying. I'm disappointed in having less screen time for Rina. I like both Ogata Rina and Touma Kazusa. Though I prefer Rina more because of her personality and background.

Maybe one day someone will translate White Album ... I just want to play Rina's route.
