English isn't my first language and I'm not a christian.

I knew nothing of the outside world. I was just a frog in a well.

Because Wrath was talking to Pride I came up with the idea:

(click to show/hide)

I thought that was pretty obvious ...
(click to show/hide)
I never thought about that. Makes sense now I think about it. Probably because I'm not sure what you mean when you say "seven sins".

I wiki'd it and I'll join the others in "I'm an atheist". Religion is crap anyway.

Let's not get too off-topic now.  ;)

I don't know if they are called seven sins. I only know of them because of the book/movie Seven. I think it's called Seven.

Has Pride been shown to the audience yet?

Only in the manga, a google search will tell you how he/she looks quickly.

EDIT: Man, the Humonculi's different names in the first seires & manga/second series is quite confusing. =/

I don't know about the book, but the movie is called "Se7en" (pronounced: seven).

I thought them being named after the seven sins was pretty obvious too, and you really don't have to be very religious to know about them. The concept of the seven deadly sins in Catholic Christianity has been used in a lot of artwork during the Middle Ages. I thought most students would've at least heard of Dante's "Divina Commedia."

As for the latest episode: It really made me want to go pick up the manga. For the record, apart from one-shots, I tend to stay away from manga.

It was just the opposite for me. I ain't picking it up anytime soon since the anime is delivering such a good adaptation.

Well, I was thinking more along the lines of "I simply can't wait until the next episode." And even then, it'll be another week until next episode again. As for being a good adaptation, I wouldn't really know without reading the manga. It's certainly a lot more intriguing than the first series, though.

Indeed ... when I saw the first anime I wasn't that impressed (defo considering all the hype around it), good start but fell into complete pudding in the second half and never recovered. This series so far is already ten thousand times better imo, let's hope they keep at it

All characters look pretty similar as to how they did in the original run, but I think they all look slightly more polished than I remember them. I haven't seen a side-by-side comparison, so perhaps it's a better animation flow or just the source, or something. Stuff like eyebrows seem to be beneath the hair, which it commonly wasn't back in the first run.

Her behaviour and personality is the same, but there are certain story elements that force out different reactions than before, without going deeper into that. At the least, I'd say her girly personality shines through beneath her typical greasemonkey style at times. More so than in the first series.

Most of the images you see on Google search right now are probably from FMA:B, and I don't blame you for not seeing any big difference, 'cause there isn't much of one.

Winry is a lot better in this one, if only because she's on screen a lot more often.

the first girl in AG3 that l was doing was Winry Rockbell, l even donated her to Hongfire and recived good opinions of how well shes been made, tough her clothes were hell ov a difficult to re-create for that game, because it was one hell of a restricted zone, now theres so many mods that there are all her clothes. Shes not the cutes or most beautinful and what not girl in any anime ever made, but for some reason l really like her, can't really explain it, maybe because shes just the way a normal girl should be is what attracts ppl to her, well l don't mean any girl should walk around with a wrench and hit ppl on the head, but her usual behavious in the first series was very natural (except for the above wrenching :D)

Agreed; the big difference is Winry isn't a damsel in distress character where it's a lot of "Boo hoo you're hurt!" :P

This time at least we get to see her working else where and she actually does something other then make auto-mail for farmers who lost their arms accidentally :P Though I'd like to see what she does with the ninja girl; maybe kunai launcher arm?

well, Winry is the sole reason l will watch this version at least, just seing Winry is a cure for my eyes ... that are getting more and more corrupted with lolis and anime sluts over the years, but at elast there are nice girls to look at from time to time in anime so l'm glad :D

So, in episode 25 not much happened. Some points were clarified, and characters were set up for the coming episodes. The only thing I have to say is that the episode preview of 26 showed too much. =/
