My opinion of the show has greatly improved now that I've caught up, I'll save my final judgment for when it finishes but it has the potential to outshine the original.

I've been saying that for months... Every Monday I can't wait for the week to pass so I can watch the new episode. It's great having it on my day off... Now I'm just waiting for the OP to change again so we have to wait a few extra days... Ugh! It can be so painful having to go back to work waiting for the new episode... There has been much talk about if we had a time machine.... "Go back and hook up with this girl I could of got with..... Or, go forward and watch the new FMA...".  I would choose FMA.

Episode 27. For a recap episode, that bordered on fairly awesome. Kept me interested the whole way through, anyway. And, I like the new OP!

Please don't ask/answer manga questions in here. Do that on the manga forum.

On a side note, I don't like the new opening song, but I loved the video. The history lesson/recap was okay, but still a recap. I'd prefer them not doing those episodes, but at least it wasn't done in a half-assed way.

As for Eclipse doing a batch torrent, I think they only do those for a full series. Not sure about it though, since they've only done shorter series since they began making batches. I don't really see the problem about setting up an RSS feed if you know you're going to download a series anyway, though.

as soon as l'm home l'll make a 26 eps batch, cuz it's a real pain DLing 26 eps seperately. l'll put it up on nyaa and tt when l get back home. if l get back home, the wind is fucking strong right now and there traffic problems :P but l'll put up 26 eps up today.

Nyaa and TT recived my uploads.
 1-26 eps by eclipse.

Ah, so you did it, I guess it could be useful for some people, though I those who wants to follow this series already is. Recap was nice, if not it was nice to get up-to-date on what have already happened. Though when I was what episode 28 was going to be about, I was a little.. "hhhmmmm, did they really need to use a recap?"

Actually, you would think they'd use all of the episodes they could since we've heard before they aren't going to be able to contain the entire adaption into 50-51-52 episodes. Though maybe they've already found a place to end it the first season, and they needed to fill an episode out a little, I prefer that rather than dragging things out. Same reason why I prefer fillers than fillers in cannon.

I did like the way they did the recap though by sliding in some other material and not just fast forwarding through whats gone on so far.

Meh, I'd rather not spoil important parts when I have the power to avoid it.

Gah, too much to talk about in this episode (29). I feel like I've watched 3 in 1. So many small details about random stuff.

Did you remember to watch the part before the ending of the ED? It wasn't chaptered, but the ED this time was different than usual, so I watched it all.
