Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood
Havoc10K:
that indeed, and l think Ed knows this fairly well too, right now Mustang is in a berserk mode, l wouldn't be surprised if he tried to kill Hawkeye by mistake, the series is definitly picking up a lot of serious points, it's far more exciting now.

Remember the promise they made during the Ishbalan genocide? Iirc, he asked her to stop him if he ever strays from the right path.

Oh ho. I hadn't thought of that.
(click to show/hide)I thought Mustang was Envy because I didn't think he would ask her to help him. I would think the real Mustang would have had more of a reaction to her disobeying his order to stay put. My thinking was that Hawkeye knows this and that's why she pulled the gun on him.
I think your idea makes sense as well because of the convo between Ed and Scar earlier in the episode. We'll find out in ep 54.
DaggerLite:
Hmm...
(click to show/hide)It doesn't seem like Envy heard the order Mustang gave Hawkeye. He might've heard it, but he was running away at that point. As they met each other again, Mustang mentioned that she was disobeying orders. In that sense, along with the straying from the path line of thought, it could also be that none of them are Envy.
I think I'll be disappointed if that's the case though. Depends on how it is handled in the next episode. Again, I find Mustang's reaction to Hawkeye weird, and I don't think he'd use his left hand. He does have the flame-enhancing glove on that hand too, though. I also think it's weird that Hawkeye would pull her gun on him, even if just to make a point.

i dont think anyone can disagree at this point, but i wanna state it just for the records.

If there were to be a clue in the most recent episode, pointing to who might be Envy between the two, I'd say that the only hint I've seen is Mustang using his left hand :-\
