Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood

Nah it's not painful, I know it's part of his character. Though if it keeps up for the entire run I'm going to get annoyed.

Not that I didn't expect it to be good. But just the mention of remakes and reboots always make my ass cheeks clench up to the point of ripping my boxers in two. Also there is the simple fact that I am an avid FMA (original series) watcher but I have never had the chance to check out the manga. So the pain is in reference to the adjustment that I personally will have to make in order to enjoy the show. On another note I have excited as a fat kid in a bakery about this series due to all the love I've been hearing about the manga when compared to the series. I would love for FMA:B to better than the first. Shit as far as I'm concerned the more FMA the better.
SandleHat:
I watched the first ep. earlier, seems to be good, re-introdution to the characters, some action also. Only problem I have so far
is the voice actor change of Roy Mustang >.< . Not that i don't like that particular voice actor, I just don't think he suits that role
as well as the previous voice of Mustang.

I was really confused as hell when I first started watching it, trying to figure out what part of the timeline it fits in. My only problem is the excessive comedy and Roy's voice, but other than that it looks like it will be a nice remake of the entire series. (Assuming what Lust said alludes to the first two episodes of the old series. Also, while I do like the fact that they are redoing the show, I was hoping they'd wait on doing the "how it all started" episodes a little later in the series, but I guess if they are going to do it now versus later, getting out of the way now instead of between some nice action-packed episodes seems like a fair compromise.
Edit: with regards to the comedy, if it were as fluid as in the original, I wouldn't mind, but they seem to go out of their way with both that and the other random comedy quirks (they change the background instead of letting it flow -> not cool)

Wow, Eclipse has picked this one up now. Since their policy is not to drop things regardless, it's conceivable that they'll finish it. And I laughed when Shinsen replaced their original torrent with the one marked Syndicate.
